He has an experience in the industry for last 41 years. Mr. N. B. Mate is a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, and has completed his Master of Management Science. (MMS) He is a Fellow of Institute of Engineers (FIE)

Work Experience

Mr. Mate had began his career with Tata Motors. He served this reputed company for nine and half years. Started as trainee engineer he has worked in different departments and finally served as Executive Assistant to Director & General Manager, for 1 year before leaving the company. He has joined Kolhapur Sugar Mills LTD as an Executive Industrial Engineering for three companies governed under Kolhapur Sugar Mills Ltd. With a work experience of 12 years Mr. Mate has started his own consultancy named Adept Consultants in 1981. Presently he is a Proprietor of Adept Consultants and Chairman of Adept Advisors India Private Limited.
