E] STRUCTURAL STABILITY REPORT :-
Every factory building requires to check its structural stability in a duration of five years as per Factories Act.Also in case of any modification is done in existing factory,stability of entire construction needs to be checked. We give structural stability certificate for the same after detailed analysis of construction of building.F] LUX & NOISE LEVEL STUDY :-
Lux Level Test:Lighting accounts for less than 5% of the electricity consumption in most industries. In spite of the fact that lighting is a not major energy consuming center in the industry,considerable developments have taken place in this area, hence the scope for energy saving is significant. Light output is measured in lumens and the availability of light in a particular area is called illuminance, which is measured in lumens/sq.m or lux. The illuminance level in the industry is an important point from working efficiency point of view. Good lighting level improves efficiency of personnel. To carry out the test lux level meter is used. This instrument is held at desired locations and points at the user level and respective lux level is measured. We compare this lux level against IS standards and give report.
Noise Level Test:
Sound level is a logarithmic measure of the rms sound pressure of a sound relative to a reference value. It is measured in decibels (dB) above a standard reference level. Measurement of noise level is critical in the industries as continuous high noise levels may hamper hearing ability of workers in long run. To carry out the test Sound (dB) level meter is used. This instrument is held at desired locations and points at the user level and respective dB level is measured.
